Description

The integrated natural gas gathering skid is an integrated equipment in the single well gas production which combines chemicals filling system, the water jacket furnace, separator, natural gas metering device, the pigging serve device, orifice throttling device, transmitter, fuel gas pressure regulating, corrosion monitoring system and a complete set of valves, piping and instrument.

The integrated natural gas gathering skid can realize the functions of gas gathering from single well, gas-liquid separation, emergency venting, venting and blowdown, liquid separation, metering, transportation and pigging, so as to ensure that the separated natural gas does not contain free water and the flare combustion gas does not contain liquid, so as to reduce the environmental pollution.

The integrated natural gas gathering skid is designed to meet the requirements of safe production, convenient operation, maintenance and management, and to achieve neat installation. Easy to transport, lifting and meter reading.

The incoming gas from the wellhead is heated by the heating furnace, and then enters the separator after two-stage pressure regulation, so that the light hydrocarbon and natural gas from the wellhead are separated, and the natural gas and light hydrocarbon are measured respectively. Finally through the launcher to the exit valve group.

The gas coming from the gas field’s fuel gas pipe network provides fuel through the pressure-regulating metering water jacket heating furnace, and at the same time provides the power gas source of the pneumatic liquid level controller.

For the corrosion inhibitor injection part, the injection pump outlet pressure is up to 70MPa, divided into two ways, one way to the wellhead, the other way to the pipe behind the orifice throttle device.
