The processed natural gas will be transported through the company’s pipeline to the natural gas metering station in the Arar area. The natural gas will be metered and sold as fuel to Ignite (buyer of natural gas) and pressure-regulated metered at its facility.

This technical proposal is a comprehensive proposal for the Karuka natural gas processing project. Divided into natural gas processing facilities, long-distance pipelines and auxiliary facilities;
The natural gas processing facilities mainly include throttling and reducing the pressure of the high-pressure natural gas from the gas well, heating the throttled and cooled natural gas through the indirect, and processing the separation system through the three-phase separator, and the decarburization and dehydration system. The natural gas with water, oil and solid impurities is further removed from carbon dioxide and moisture; the qualified product gas processed by the natural gas treatment plant is transported to the natural gas metering station in the Arar area through a 53-kilometer pipeline, and the gas is pressure-regulated and metered before being sold to Ignite ( natural gas buyers), and plans to add a 10MMSCFD liquefaction plant at the terminal. In the entire natural gas processing plant, electric/electrical facilities including gas-fired power generation, circulating water system, nitrogen instrument air system, desalinated water system, thermal oil heating system, solvent filling system, sewage treatment and discharge system and other utilities and Infrastructure; at the same time, the entire station also includes safety systems such as flare discharge.
10MMSCFD’s liquefaction plant will be independently constructed with power/electrical facilities including gas-fired power generation, circulating water system, nitrogen compressed air instrument air system, desalinated water system, heat transfer oil heating system, solvent filling system, sewage treatment and Utilities and infrastructure such as discharge systems; while the entire liquefaction plant also includes safety systems such as flare discharges.
