Utility consumption of 5mmscfd natural gas decarbonization plant
The gas decarbonization plant is planned to be powered by mains electricity. The electricity of the natural gas purification device is mainly used for MDEA circulation pumps, instrumentation and control systems, etc. Fuel gas is mainly used for thermal oil furnaces. The reboiler of the natural gas purification device is heated by heat transfer oil, and the heat transfer oil furnace needs to use fuel gas, which is provided by the feed gas. Fuel gas pressure is 0.2Mpa and fuel gas consumption: ~152 Nm3/h
1) Production scale
The feed gas processing plant capacity is 5MMSCFD .
The annual working hours are 8,000 hours.
The device is planned to be powered by mains electricity. Voltage: 400V. Frequency: 50Hz.The electricity of the natural gas purification device is mainly used for MDEA circulation pumps, instrumentation and control systems, etc. Fuel gas is mainly used for thermal oil furnaces. The reboiler of the natural gas purification device is heated by heat transfer oil, and the heat transfer oil furnace needs to use fuel gas, which is provided by the feed gas .Fuel gas pressure:0.2MPa.Fuel gas consumption: ~152 Nm 3 /h
