On November 7, 2025, the Shigao Base of Venus Group successfully commissioned and started up the 300,000 Nm³/day LNG liquefaction plant for Yanchuan Minghan Energy in Yan'an under an EPC contract in a single attempt! The smooth operation of this project marks another significant milestone for Venus Intelligent Manufacturing and Hengzhong Equipment, following the stable operation of over 20 LNG liquefaction plant projects in the northwestern region.

Scientific Management Ensures High-Quality Deliver

To guarantee high-quality project delivery, the engineering project department implemented scientific organizational management. The project manager oversaw the entire process, while process and design personnel provided on-site technical support. The engineering installation and equipment commissioning teams collaborated closely, ensuring orderly and efficient installation and commissioning of all process units. This laid a solid foundation for the successful one-time startup.

Innovative Process and Modular Design Enable Efficient and Compact Production
    The project covers a total area of 66.3 acres and includes a liquefaction unit capable of processing 300,000 m3 of natural gas per day, with a daily LNG production of approximately 209 tons. The plant employs an advanced mixed refrigerant cycle (MRC) process, which liquefies natural gas through step-by-step cooling, ensuring high product quality and low energy consumption.

As a key project, the process units innovatively adopted a modular integrated structure for the first time, resulting in a more compact and rational layout. This significantly saved space, maximized land resource utilization, and improved operational convenience.

The successful startup and operation of this 300,000 Nm³/day LNG liquefaction plant represent another exemplary benchmark in the clean energy sector for our company.
