Equipment selection and supply
The liquefaction unit is a complete set of equipment. After the complete set, the stable and efficient operation of the unit must be ensured.The principle of equipment design, manufacturing and finalized product selection is based on domestic, mature technology and advanced performance.
The supplied equipment shall be designed as per unit skid.In addition to the main equipment, spare parts normally used for one year, special tools for screw compressor, instruments and valves, each skid equipment also includes paired flanges (with gaskets and fasteners) and anchor bolts of all connecting pipes on the skid.
The electrical interfaces on the skid are equipped with terminal boxes, and integrated technology is adopted to minimize the number of connecting cables.
The skid is equipped with instrument gas main pipe, and the internal instrument gas pipe connection has been completed during skid manufacturing.
The basic technical data of process equipment described in this chapter shall be subject to the final design.
