After-sales service and quality assurance of 1mw gas genset

The warranty period of natural gas generator set is 12 months from the date of shipment or 2500 hours of cumulative operation of the gas genset  (whichever comes first) If repair or replacement is required by Party B beyond the scope of Party B's warranty, both parties shall negotiate separately on the cost of accessories and maintenance.

Within the warranty period (excluding vulnerable parts such as valve tappets, water pump seals, spark plugs, spark plug bushings, ignition coils, oil filter cores, charging motors, starter motors, air filters, oil, antifreeze, charging belts, water pump belts, fan brackets, automatic tensioning wheels (water pump system), automatic tensioning wheels (charging system), intake and exhaust manifold gaskets, rocker arm cover gaskets, turbochargers, cylinder head assemblies, etc.), we provide accessories and provide installation guidance by phone or online.

If service personnel need to be arranged to the site, a fee of 700 USD /day will be charged.

Maintenance of foreign natural gas generator set projects needs to be determined based on multiple factors. Our company guarantees remote service to Party A to negotiate the specific on-site time.

Party B’s responsibilities include the design and manufacture of the bid goods and their accessories to the delivery and use of the entire set of equipment. During the equipment installation and delivery period, professional and technical personnel are sent to Party A to provide guidance.

When the equipment is shipped, the generator set certificate, generator set operation and maintenance instructions, etc. are assembled.

Other commitments:

☆ Products must undergo strict inspection and testing before leaving the factory, and a factory test certificate must be issued.

☆During product final assembly, Party A will be notified in advance to send personnel to participate in the final assembly and production supervision, and Party A’s maintenance operators will be trained free of charge.

☆When the product is on site, send relevant technical personnel or installation service personnel to provide on-site services until the unit is accepted.

☆After each after-sales service is completed, it must be accepted by Party A and recorded and signed before it can be completed. Provide paid guaranteed operation services, the time, fee and method will be agreed separately.
