Warm congratulations on the successful one-time commissioning of the Daqing Oilfield Wusheng Purification Plant!

On January 13, with qualified natural gas successfully fed into the external transmission pipeline network, the Wusheng Purification Plant of Daqing Oilfield achieved a successful one-time commissioning, with all project indicators outperforming design values.

The triethylene glycol (TEG) dehydration unit—a core process component of the plant’s natural gas conditioning equipment—was designed, manufactured, installed, and commissioned by our company, Sichuan Jinxing Clean Energy Equipment Group Co., Ltd., at its Shigao Base, with full cooperation throughout the commissioning process. Our company adopted an advanced skid-mounted modular design, enabling rapid on-site installation and commissioning through factory prefabrication and skid assembly. During the trial operation and commissioning period, we dispatched a technical team to provide on-site guidance, and the commissioning service team formulated a meticulous trial operation plan, efficiently completing tasks such as chemical cleaning, joint commissioning, and material loading, thereby strongly ensuring the overall progress of the project commissioning. The experience gained from this project—particularly in optimizing skid-mounted design and accelerating on-site installation, commissioning, and startup—has significantly enhanced our capability to deliver high-performance natural gas conditioning equipment and dehydration solutions for future applications, including LNG liquefaction plants. We are now more confident in providing premium engineering and high-quality services to our clients, contributing Jinxing’s strength to China’s energy industry.
